Our story began over thirty-six years ago, when our founder first entered the trade under the guidance of his uncle, a skilled banker mason.
Learning the traditional art of shaping and carving headstones, alongside delicate restoration work, provided the strongest possible foundation — one rooted in patience, precision, and pride in doing things properly.
Over the following fifteen years, that foundation grew. From embracing cutting-edge computer-aided design to mastering specialist lettering templates, every aspect of the craft was carefully learned and refined.
When the opportunity arose to continue the business independently, Cemetery Memorials was born — built on experience, integrity, and a deep understanding of what families need during difficult times.
Today, we are proud to be known not only for our high professional standards, but also for the compassion and dignity we bring to every conversation. Our close-knit team includes two full-time and two part-time craftspeople, and we are passionate about passing on both the artistic skills and the caring values that define our work.
We are based in Dagenham, Essex and operate in the surrounding areas.

Cemetery Memorials are proud members of the National Association of Memorial Masons (NAMM), adhering to their strict code of practice to ensure every memorial is crafted from the highest quality materials and installed to the highest standards. We are also accredited members of BRAMM (The British Register of Accredited Memorial Masons), with licensed fixers carrying out all memorial installations for complete peace of mind.
